He is a neon beam of light,

Abnormally radiant, dazzling,

Something so small, yet so cosmic,

A "flea" of which no one can make sense.

He emerges from the tunnel,

Lights beam down, eyes light up like Sirius A.

He attracts them like a magnet.

For if they miss Him, they’ll miss a defier.

He is a miniscule body.

He is a celestial body.

He is a miniscule body.

He is a celestial body.

He is here and He is not here.

Surely He comes from afar.

He mocks, scoffs at reality,

Makes it second-guess itself.

He hops through the flowery field.

The field is the canvas,

His lethal foot is the paintbrush,

Artwork is history.

Fans on the edges of their seats,

Oohs and ahs circulate around the world.

They know that La Pulga is unique

And full of predictable amazements.

He gallops, guiding His paintbrush,

And strokes like a conductor.

He goes left, right, left, right, left, boom!

He eludes the laws again.

Only a matter of seconds,

For Him, and for only him, that is all that it takes.

And now that He is in the USA,

We say welcome to the forever fluorescent Flea.
